  • Calendar - This allows you to keep track of birthdays and other special events in one place.
  • Reminders - Let us remember all of your eCard giving dates for you. Store them on our Calendar and ask us to remind you via email.
  • eCard History - View all eCards sent in the past 30 days. You can even cancel cards that haven't yet been delivered.
  • My Account - This is where you save and edit all of your membership information including email address, password and payment information, view your payment history, change your payment Information, create your two free sub member accounts, or cancel your membership.

If you do not cancel during your 30 day free trial period via the My Account section of our Web site, your credit card will be charged EmailASmile.com's $9.95 annual access fee. This will auto renew each year unless you cancel your membership using the My Account section of the EmailASmile.com Web site prior to the anniversary date of your paid annual access fee.

To see when your 30 day free trial period started or to view the dates your annual access fee payments were made or are scheduled to be made, please click Purchase History.

There will be no full or partial refunds of your annual access fee if you cancel your membership after your 30 day free trial expires.

My Account

Edit your membership information anytime by accessing the "My Account" link at the top of our Web pages. You can save and edit all of your membership information including email address, password and payment Information; view your payment history; change your payment Information; create your two free sub member accounts; or cancel your membership.

Please follow the instructions below to edit My Account:

1. If you are not already signed in, click the "Sign In" link at the upper right of the page and Sign in using your e-mail address and password.
2. Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
3. Click on the links that appear on the page and follow the instructions provided.

Address Book

Our members can store their friends' and family members' names, e-mail addresses, and other information in their own Address Books. Please follow the instructions below to access this feature.

1. If you are not already signed in, click the "Sign In" link at the upper right of the page and Sign in using your e-mail address and password.
2. At the top of the page click "Address Book."
3. Your Address Book page will appear.
4. Follow the instructions provided to Add, Edit, Delete, or View Details for a contact in your address book.

Calendar

All your stored Reminders, special events and holidays can be viewed on your Calendar. Plan your schedule and send eCards by clicking on the Reminder or Holiday listed on your Calendar, which will link you to the applicable eCard category page.
Please follow the instructions below to access the Calendar:

1. If you are not already signed in, click the "Sign In" link at the upper right of the page and Sign in using your e-mail address and password.
2. Click on the "Calendar" link at the top of the page.

To ADD a new Event:

1. Choose the event date on the Calendar and click on the date.
2. Enter the Event name, date, notes and click "Save".
 
To EDIT an existing Event:
 
1. Click on the "Reminders" link at the top of the page.
2. Click on the "View/Edit" link to the right of the event you would like to change.
3. Edit the information and click "Save".

To DELETE an existing Event:

1. Click on the "Reminders" link at the top of the page.
2. Check the checkbox to the left of the Reminder you want to delete.
3. Click the "Delete Selected" button at the bottom of the page.

Email Reminders

Our Reminder Notification service is a convenient way to remember all the important dates in your busy life!

Please follow the instructions below to access this feature:

1. If you are not already signed in, click the "Sign In" link at the upper right of the page and Sign in using your e-mail address and password.
2. Click on the "Reminders" link at the top of the page.

To ADD a new reminder:

1. Click "Add New Reminder" button.
2. Enter the appropriate information and click "Save".

To EDIT an existing reminder:

1. Click on the "Reminders" link at the top of the page.
2. Click on the "View/Edit" link to the right of the event you would like to change.
3. Edit the information and click "Save".

To DELETE an existing reminder:

1. Check the checkbox to the left of the Reminder you would like to delete.
2. Click the "Delete Selected" button at the bottom of the page.

eCard History

With this feature, you can view all eCards you have sent within the past 30 days. Members also have the option to view or cancel cards that are scheduled to be delivered on a future date, but have not yet been sent.

Please follow the instructions below to access eCard History:

1. If you are not already signed in, click the "Sign In" link at the upper right of the page and Sign in using your e-mail address and password.
2. Click on the "eCard History" link at the top of the page.

To VIEW a card: Click on "View" next to the card (or the thumbnail picture) you wish to view.

To CANCEL delivery of a card that is scheduled to be sent:

1. Click on the "Card History" link at the top of the page.
2. Click the "Delete" link next the card that you do not want delivered.

  Requirements to view an eCard Return to Top  

All of the eCards on our Web site require Flash. You must install Macromedia Flash Player 6.0 or higher in order to view our eCards correctly. Click here to download the latest Flash Player for free. Please note that some computers and some TV Internet appliances may not support Flash and you may not be able to view our eCards. We apologize for this inconvenience.

We recommend viewing our Web site using the following browsers:

Netscape 7.0 or later

  How to send an eCard Return to Top  

Start by visiting our website at www.emailasmile.com. Click on any eCard graphic on our home page or select a category from which to send a card. Browse through our eCards and choose the one you would like to send by clicking on the graphic for the eCard.

Step 1: Preview the eCard you choose.

If the eCard you preview is not the eCard you would like to send, then click the "Choose Another Card" button on the Preview page to return to our home page and choose a different eCard. If the eCard you preview is the card you would like to send, then click on the "Personalize and Send this Card" button.

Step 2: Personalize Your eCcard

Fill in all the required information, including the recipient's name and e-mail address, and a personalized message. Then click on either the "Preview eCard" button to preview the card and make any necessary changes, or simply click the "Send Now" button to send the card.

*Note: If you are an existing member, you will need to sign in on the preview and send page. If you are new to EmailASmile.com and have not yet joined, you are able to join on the same page as sending the card by entering in your payment information while personalizing your eCard.

  How to pickup an eCard Return to Top  

You will receive an e-mail stating that someone has sent you an eCard from EmailASmile.com. In the e-mail message, there should be a Web page link (URL) that you can click on to automatically view your card. Or you can go to on our eCard pick-up page at: http://www.emailasmile.com/upcardme.php?step=pickup&lang= and enter the Card ID Number provided within the e-mail message you received to view your e-card.

  How to Join or Unsubscribe Return to Top  

Please click here to open a new membership account with a 30 day free trial or update an existing membership account. Once you complete this, you will be one step closer to sending all of our eCards and taking advantage of our member benefit features.

If for some reason you would like to stop receiving eCards, reminders, tell a friend, birthday alert, and new account welcome emails from our Web site, please click on the "Opt Out Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our Web site and follow the instructions provided.

If you would like to cancel your account with us, please click on the "My Account" link at the top of our Web pages, log in if you are not logged in already, click on the "Click on the Cancel EmailASmile.com Membership" link and follow the instructions provided.

To unsubscribe from our email newsletter, please click on the Unsubscribe link contained in the email newsletter you receive.
